Clarity Counts, a Norfolk accountancy practice with four offices, moved its 165 Direct Debit mandates to Adfin in August 2025. Adfin works alongside Xero and its AI learns when each client usually pays, then sends reminders at those times, including evenings and weekends. Debtor reviews now cover a handful of exceptions instead of a long list.
