An estate agency's WhatsApp AI answered 2,151 enquiries and found 192 valuation leads

DDM Residential, an independent estate agency in North Lincolnshire, uses an AI agent called Kelly, built with SalesRook, to reply to enquiries on WhatsApp, on its website and by text after missed calls, including evenings and weekends. Kelly reads each message for clues like a buyer who also has a home to sell or still needs a mortgage, and passes those to the team.
