A blog went from Google page 6 to page 1 in six weeks with Claude

1 · What happened

Average Google position went from about 51-59 in mid-August to 6.6 on 28 September, roughly page 6 to page 1 in six weeks. The author built one of the tools used and shared no traffic or sales numbers (builder's own figures).

These numbers come from the builder and haven't been checked independently.

2 · How it works, in plain words

Every week Claude reads the site's Search Console, GA4 and Bing data and picks the pages ranking 5 to 15 with 100+ impressions; a daily Claude Code job writes, translates and publishes new posts.

3 · Setup steps

How to do it yourself

Our suggested steps. The company didn't publish theirs.

  1. 1

Connect Google Search Console (and Bing Webmaster Tools) to your AI assistant, or export the Performance report as a CSV.

  2. 2

Once a week, run the prompt below to find queries ranking 5 to 15 with 100+ impressions.

  3. 3

Update those pages first: a clearer title, the missing section, and the answer near the top.

  4. 4

Publish new posts on a steady schedule, and have a person read each one before it goes live.

  5. 5

Check average position and clicks for the updated pages every week.

4 · The prompt

The instructions to give the AI

Paste this into Claude (the free plan is enough to try it), swap the [brackets] for your details, and test it on a few real examples.

This is one part of the setup. It won't connect to your phone, inbox or other apps on its own; the steps above cover that.

Agent instructions (prompt)

Here is my Search Console data for the last 28 days: [paste export or connect]. List every query where my average position is between 5 and 15 and impressions are 100 or more. For each one, name the page that ranks, say in one line why it is probably not higher (missing topic, thin section, weak title, answer buried), and suggest one specific update. Use only the numbers in the data; don't invent search volumes or rankings. Sort by impressions, highest first.

[Highlighted] = replace with your own details before you run it.

What you should get back: A weekly list like: 'query X is at position 8 with 340 impressions; add a pricing section to page Y.'

More detail: tools, prices and what you'll need

The company used: Claude + Claude Code

You could use: Claude + Claude Code + a Search Console connector (or a CSV export) + your website's CMS

  • Claude

AI assistant for writing, analysis and long documents; can connect to your tools.

Free plan; Pro $20/mo (monthly) · Official site ↗

  • Claude Code

AI coding agent that builds and edits software from plain-English instructions.

Prices from each tool's own pricing page, checked Oct 2026.

What you'll need

  • ☐Google Search Console access (free)
  • ☐An AI assistant that can read the data
  • ☐Your website's CMS
  • ☐A person who approves each change

Can I do this myself?

Yes for the weekly report: an export plus the prompt is enough. The daily auto-publishing part needs developer skills, so most owners keep a person publishing.
